Terms of Service for GrowthHub

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://growthhub.net.nz (the “Website”) and the GrowthHub platform, owned and operated by BMS Accountants LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access the Website or services. The materials, content, and software provided on this site are protected under New Zealand and international copyright and trademark laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials (information or software) on the GrowthHub website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license does not transfer title and under it you may not:

After successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email including:

Service details and access link
Customer support contact information
If you don’t see it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
16. Changes to Service Availability
BMS Accountants LTD may modify or update GrowthHub’s features or availability at any time. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to ensure continuity or provide alternatives where possible.
17. Mobile Information and Third-Party Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
