Add a New contact.
Let’s get started by building your contact database. Adding your first contact in GrowthHub is the foundation of your CRM system.
Follow these steps:
Go to Contacts from the main dashboard menu.
Click New Contact.
Fill in the required details (full name, email address, phone number, and other relevant information). The more complete the profile, the better you can personalize communication and automation.
If a specific field is missing, refer to the Create Custom Field checklist to add it.
Click Save to finalize the entry.
Edit an Existing Contact in GrowthHub
Keeping your records accurate ensures smooth communication and automation performance.
Here’s how to update a contact:
Navigate to Contacts.
Select the contact by clicking on their row to open their contact profile.
Update the necessary information on the left-side panel.
If you don’t see the field you need, use the Create Custom Field checklist to add it.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Delete an Existing Contact in GrowthHub
Before deleting a contact, keep in mind:
Removing a contact will also delete associated data such as:
Conversations
Notes
Opportunities
Tasks
Appointments
Manual actions
Community group ownership
It will also stop any active campaigns and workflows linked to that contact.
Deleted contacts can be recovered within 2 months.
Steps to Delete a Contact:
Go to Contacts in the main menu.
Select the contact using the checkbox beside their name.
Click Delete.
In the confirmation popup, type DELETE to confirm the action.
Click Delete again to complete the process.
