Welcome to GrowhtHub Knowledge Base Hub

Batch scheduling (also referred to as batch delivery or drip mode) in GrowthHub spreads email delivery across defined intervals.
Instead of sending to your entire audience at once, you can control batch quantity, timing, and active days—so your emails are delivered gradually and predictably.
Key Benefits of Batch Scheduling for Email Campaigns
Traffic management
Sends emails in timed batches to avoid sudden surges to your websites or funnels.
Server load control
Reduces strain on your server by pacing the email delivery.
Flexible timing
Allows you to choose batch quantity, repeat frequency, specific days, and start/end times.
Pre-Sending Checklist
Before starting, make sure:
You have created an email template for the campaign
Your sending domain is verified in GrowthHub

Add Repeat after (frequency in days, hours, minutes, or seconds)
If a saved draft previously used seconds, that field clears automatically to prevent errors
Uncheck days when you don’t want emails sent
Set specific start and end times
Validation (Batch Schedule)
If End time is earlier than Start time → error appears:
“End time can't be before start time.”
If invalid Start time is detected → prompt appears:
“Please enter a valid start time.”
Send and Schedule buttons are disabled until errors are fixed
Editing Start time confirms with a single OK button
Midnight (12:00 AM) boundaries are handled correctly without false errors
